Returns/Exchanges
All Orders
If you want to cancel your order, send an email to [email protected] with the order number before the item ships. No restocking fee will be charged if you cancel before the order ships.
Domestic Orders (US)
- Returns/exchanges are accepted 30 days from order date.
- Buyer pays return shipping. If returning physical merchandise (e.g. keychains) I will provide a return label. The cost of the return label will be deducted from the refund.
- If returns arrive damaged, I will charge a 20% restocking fee. The fee will be deducted from the refund.
- If product(s) arrive damaged, preserve all packaging and send pictures of the packaging and product(s) to [email protected]. The situation will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
- If product(s) are not received and you did not pay for tracking, I will issue store credit for the order's value. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
- If product(s) are not received and you did pay for tracking, I will either issue store credit for the order's value + shipping, or send a replacement (with tracking) free of charge.
International Orders (Canada/Everywhere Else)
- Returns/exchanges are accepted 60 days from order date.
- Buyer pays return shipping. If returning physical merchandise (e.g. keychains) I will provide a return label. The cost of the return label will be deducted from the refund.
- If returns arrive damaged, I will charge a 20% restocking fee. The fee will be deducted from the refund.
- If product(s) arrive damaged, preserve all packaging and send pictures of the packaging and product(s) to [email protected]. The situation will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
- If product(s) are not received and your country does not have door-to-door tracking, I will issue store credit for the order's value. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
- If product(s) are not received and your country has door-to-door tracking, I will either issue store credit for the order's value + shipping, or send a replacement (with tracking) free of charge.
